Frequently asked questions

How do I verify my account?+
Go to your Profile tab and follow the verification steps. You will need to verify your email or phone number, upload a government-issued ID, and have at least 3 approved photos.
How does the chaperone/wali feature work?+
You can invite a parent, sibling, or trusted family member as your wali. They get their own login to view your matches, read conversations, and send messages on your behalf. Go to your Profile tab and look for the Chaperone section.
How do I cancel my subscription?+
Subscriptions are managed through the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). Open your device settings, go to Subscriptions, find Fazool, and cancel from there.
How do I delete my account?+
Go to your Profile tab, scroll down to Account Settings, and tap "Delete Account". Your data will be permanently removed after a 30-day grace period.
Someone is behaving inappropriately. How do I report them?+
Tap the three-dot menu on their profile card or in your conversation, then select "Report". You can also block users from the same menu. Our moderation team reviews all reports.
Why was my photo rejected?+
Photos are reviewed to keep the community safe and respectful. Common rejection reasons include low quality, group photos where the subject is unclear, or content that does not meet our guidelines. You can upload a replacement from your Profile tab.
I forgot my password. How do I reset it?+
On the login screen, tap "Forgot password?" and enter your email address. You will receive a link to create a new password. If you signed up with a phone number only, you can log in with an SMS code.
