Fazool provides a 7-day free trial before any charge is made. By subscribing, you acknowledge that all fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly stated in this policy.
Free trial
Fazool offers a 7-day free trial on all new accounts. No payment is collected during the trial period. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged and no refund is applicable.
The free trial is your opportunity to evaluate the Service before committing to a paid subscription. We strongly encourage you to use it before subscribing.
All sales are final
Refunds are not issued in the following circumstances, among others:
- You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- You no longer use the Service or no longer find it useful.
- You are dissatisfied with matches, conversations, or other outcomes.
- Your account was suspended or terminated for a violation of our Terms of Service.
- You were unaware your free trial had ended and converted to a paid subscription.
- You subscribed on a different device or platform than you intended.
Cancelling your subscription stops future renewals. It does not entitle you to a refund for the current billing period.
Billing errors
If you believe you were charged in error (for example, a duplicate charge for the same billing period or an amount that does not match the stated subscription price), contact us at support@fazool.org within 14 days of the charge. We will investigate and, if we confirm an error on our end, we will correct it. All refund determinations are made at Fazool's sole discretion.
Apple and Google in-app purchases
Subscriptions purchased through the Apple App Store or Google Play are billed directly by Apple or Google. Fazool has no access to your payment method and cannot issue refunds for those purchases. All refund requests for in-app purchases must be directed to the respective store:
- Apple App Store: reportaproblem.apple.com
- Google Play: play.google.com/store/account/subscriptions
Each store's own refund policy governs those transactions, not this policy.
Account deletion and termination
Deleting your account cancels your subscription immediately. No refund is issued for the remaining days in your billing period. If Fazool terminates your account for a Terms of Service violation, no refund is issued under any circumstances. These outcomes are consistent with our all-sales-final policy and are not subject to exception.
Chargebacks
Initiating a chargeback or payment dispute with your bank or card issuer without first contacting Fazool will result in immediate account suspension pending investigation, and may result in permanent termination. We maintain detailed transaction and access logs and will provide them to our payment processor and your bank as part of any dispute. If you have a billing concern, contact us at support@fazool.org before escalating to your bank.
Statutory rights
Nothing in this policy overrides any rights you may have under mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction. If you are located in the EU, UK, or another jurisdiction that grants statutory cancellation or refund rights, those rights apply to you. Contact us at support@fazool.org to exercise them.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy at any time. Changes take effect when posted. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the Service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
