Delete your Fazool account

Deleting your account permanently removes your profile, photos, matches, messages, and all other data. This cannot be undone.

Delete from inside the app

1. Open Fazool and sign in.
2. Tap the Profile tab.
3. Scroll to the bottom and tap Account, then Delete Account.
4. Confirm with your password.

Delete on the web

1. Sign in at fazool.org.
2. Open Settings, then the Account section.
3. Click Delete Account and confirm with your password.

Can't access your account?

If you have lost access to your account (no password, no phone, no email), email support@fazool.org from the address tied to the account and include your full name and the approximate date you signed up. We verify ownership before processing any deletion request.

What happens next

• Your profile is hidden from the discovery feed immediately.
• You have a 30-day grace period to restore the account by signing back in. After 30 days, all data is permanently deleted.
• Hard-deleted data includes: profile, photos, voice notes, matches, messages, swipe history, ID verification images, and subscription records.
• Retained data (for legal / fraud / safety reasons): financial transaction records, moderation audit logs, and any accounts suspended for a policy violation.
